Operations Team Lead

• SOP Management & Portal Expertise

• Full understanding and execution of workflows on MSME and Startup India portals.

• Keep updated on government schemes, documentation requirements, and updates.

• Customer Escalation Handling

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer escalations.

• Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution with complete customer satisfaction.

• Gap Identification & Improvement

• Analyze processes, identify gaps, and implement improvements.

• Coordinate with other departments to resolve systemic issues.

• Team Training & Performance Monitoring

• Train new hires and current team members on SOPs and portal usage.

• Conduct regular performance checks and coaching sessions.

• Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain operational logs, training trackers, and escalation reports.

• Share weekly/monthly performance insights with management.

• 2+ years of experience in operations, preferably in consultancy, startup services, or government schemes.
• Strong knowledge of MSME and Startup India portals is a must.
• Good communication skills and leadership presence.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
