Operation Services Specialist

As an Operation Services Specialist at Deutsche Bank, you will be responsible for providing SDLC Governance support for various projects. Your role will involve resolving application on-boarding and control verification requests, conducting training sessions on SDLC governance, and facilitating release requirements walkthroughs to enhance the knowledge of control owners and users. - Perform release testing and validation activities on the SDLC Platform. - Monitor and report compliance rates and related metrics. - Coordinate with application teams to ensure timely closure of controls. - Verify evidence provided by application teams on closed controls. - Engage in quality assurance activities such as release requirements gathering, test case preparation, UAT, regression, defect management, and production validation testing for SDLC governance release. - Document all knowledge and keep knowledge articles up to date. - Conduct post-implementation reviews for applications and proactively approach support to enhance the environment. - Minimum 6+ years of experience in hands-on IT support, preferably in an investment bank, financial institution, or a large corporation. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an IT-related discipline. - Good analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences and at executive levels. - Familiarity with ITIL/best practices, SDLC tools, processes, governance, controls, compliance, CI/CD, DevOps tools, and practices. - Experience in technical/operations support roles, Power Apps knowledge, verification of SDLC controls, training developers and end users, and working with change, release, incident, and problem management processes.,
