As a Senior Analyst in the TDI Engineering group at Deutsche Bank, located in Bangalore, India, you will be responsible for providing application support with an Engineering mindset. Your focus will be on Compliance Operations within the Engineering community, managing the day-to-day activities of all teams under the Compliance Operations Stream. In this role, you will provide SDLC Governance support for projects, resolve application on-boarding and control verification requests, conduct training sessions on SDLC governance, and perform release testing and validation activities. You will also be responsible for monitoring compliance metrics, coordinating with application teams to ensure timely closure of controls, and verifying evidence provided by the teams. To succeed in this position, you should have 3 to 5 years of experience in IT support, preferably in an investment bank or financial institution. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential, as well as an understanding of ITIL best practices and SDLC tools and processes. Additionally, experience with CI/CD, DevOps tools, and Power Apps is preferred. You should have a good understanding of Change, Release, Incident, and problem management processes, as well as working knowledge of ServiceNow features and release management processes.
