Enterprise Architect Engineering Operations Lead

As a highly skilled Enterprise Architect with 8-12 years of experience, your role at RADcube LLC will involve the following responsibilities: Role Overview: You will serve as the VPs right-hand partner for delivery execution and enterprise architecture, blending people leadership, DevOps/SDLC governance, cross-functional collaboration, and client-facing communication. Your coordination will be key in keeping delivery on track, standardizing engineering practices, and producing clear architecture/infra/process diagrams. Key Responsibilities: - Own day-to-day engineering operations including planning, sprint/release cadence, risk & dependency management, capacity, and transparent status. - Translate strategy into quarterly roadmaps with milestones, budgets, and measurable outcomes while surfacing trade-offs early with options. - Define and enforce SDLC standards, lead CI/CD and environments strategy, and track quality gates for continuous improvement. - Design scalable enterprise solutions using cloud and microservices, produce and maintain clear diagrams, and guide teams on API standards and observability. - Align with Product, PMO, QA, Security, Data, and Finance on scope, sequence, and success criteria, and facilitate decision forums to optimize resource planning. - Prepare and deliver client presentations, architecture reviews, and executive status readouts, creating concise briefs and options analyses for major initiatives. Qualification Required: - 8-12 years in software engineering/enterprise architecture or full-stack development, with 3+ years leading teams or engineering operations. - Proven ownership of SDLC governance & DevOps, strong cloud experience (Azure/AWS/GCP) and microservices/API fundamentals. - Excellent communication & presentation skills, advanced diagramming skills, familiarity with security/compliance practices, and track record of problem-solving and team leadership.
