Job Description

Responsibilities: Supervise front desk, housekeeping, kitchen, and maintenance staff Ensure smooth guest check-in/check-out and resolve escalated guest issues Monitor room occupancy, pricing, and inventory management Oversee cleanliness, hygiene, and basic property upkeep Track daily operations expenses and report to the owner/management Handle vendor relationships (laundry, maintenance, supplies) Enforce hotel policies, safety protocols, and staff discipline Train and schedule staff to ensure optimal coverage and service Assist in local marketing efforts (walk-ins, travel agents, listing platforms) Conduct regular inspections and implement process improvements Skills & Qualifications: Experience in hospitality/hotel operations (minimum 1–2 years preferred) Strong communication and people management skills Basic computer knowledge (email, Excel, Google Sheets) Calm under pressure and solution-oriented Good sense of cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction Comfortable working flexible hours, weekends, or holidays if needed Knowledge of OTAs like Booking.com, Goibibo, or MakeMyTrip is a plus
