Key Responsibilities: Booking & Reservations Management Handle all guest bookings via online portals, phone calls, walk-ins, and travel agents. Maintain accurate reservation records and coordinate check-ins/check-outs. Daily Operations Oversight Supervise housekeeping, front desk, kitchen, and maintenance staff. Ensure the property is well-maintained, clean, and guest-ready at all times. Monitor daily reports, stock, inventory, and ensure smooth workflow. Guest Services & Customer Satisfaction Greet and interact with guests to ensure a pleasant stay. Address any queries, concerns, or complaints with professionalism and urgency. Collect guest feedback and implement improvements. Staff Management & Coordination Assign tasks, schedule shifts, and manage resort team members. Conduct regular meetings to maintain quality standards and motivate staff. Reporting & Administration Prepare and present operational reports to management.
