Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily restaurant operations, including kitchen, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Manage and motivate staff to maintain high service quality and teamwork.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers.
• Implement cost control measures to optimize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations.
• Plan and execute promotional activities to attract and retain customers.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and expense reports for management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and hygiene standards.
• Problem-solving attitude with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
• Basic computer skills (POS systems, MS Office).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Qualification: Any graduate (Hotel Management preferred).
