Operation Manager

As a Field Officer, your role will involve overseeing and managing deployed manpower at client sites in Ghaziabad and Noida. You should have experience in handling security guards and housekeeping staff, resolving on-ground issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and manage security guards and housekeeping personnel at multiple sites. - Conduct regular site visits to monitor attendance, discipline, and service quality. - Address and resolve on-ground issues, client complaints, and emergencies. - Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams for staff deployment and replacement. - Ensure compliance with client requirements and company SOPs. - Maintain daily reports, attendance records, and incident logs. - Liaise with clients for feedback, requirement changes, and conflict resolution. - Provide on-field training and briefing to guards and housekeeping staff. - Manage shift rosters, relievers, and leave for field staff. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred. - Proven experience in field operations, especially in security or housekeeping services. - Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple sites. - Own vehicle preferred for travel across Ghaziabad and Noida. - Good communication skills in Hindi (essential) and basic English.
