Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced EPF & PF Compliance Executive and Payroll HR to manage statutory compliance (EPF, ESIC) and end-to-end payroll processing for approximately 600 employees. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with employee onboarding, compliance portals, challan generation, and accurate monthly payroll execution.

Key Responsibilities:EPF & ESIC Compliance:

• Ensure timely registration of new employees under EPF and ESIC schemes.
• Maintain employee records and update EPF & ESIC details as required.
• Prepare and submit monthly EPF & ESIC returns.
• Generate and verify monthly challans and ensure timely payments.
• Coordinate with government portals (EPFO/ESIC) for issue resolution.
• Handle employee queries related to PF withdrawals, UAN activation, and ESIC benefits.
• Monitor compliance with latest statutory changes and ensure timely implementation.

Payroll Management:

• Process monthly payroll for approximately 600 employees in a timely and accurate manner.
• Verify attendance, leaves, overtime, and other inputs for payroll calculations.
• Ensure all statutory deductions (EPF, ESIC, PT, TDS, etc.) are applied correctly.
• Generate salary slips, payroll reports, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with finance for salary disbursements and reconciliations.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain proper documentation for audits and inspections.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance reports.
• Assist in internal and external audits related to payroll and statutory compliance.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of EPF & ESIC rules, regulations, and portals.
• Hands-on experience with payroll software (e.g., GreytHR, Saral, Keka, or similar).
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in EPF, ESIC compliance, and payroll processing.
• Familiarity with HRMS or payroll systems is a must.

Preferred:

• Experience in managing payroll for 500+ employees.
• Understanding of labour laws and statutory regulations.
