Job Summary

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day business operations to ensure organizational efficiency, productivity, and profitability. This role involves managing processes, supervising teams, optimizing workflows, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: Plan, direct, and coordinate daily operations across departments to achieve company objectives.
• Process Improvement: Analyze existing operational procedures and identify opportunities for streamlining and optimization.
• Budget & Resource Management: Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and evaluate staff to ensure high performance and professional growth.

· Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans and business goals.

· Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, challenges, and improvements.

· Customer Service: Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction through effective process management and problem resolution.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
