Operation Intern

As a Travel and Tour Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of travel and tour services. This includes booking transportation arrangements such as flights, trains, and car rentals, as well as accommodations. Your main goal will be to ensure that all bookings align with client preferences and policies. Your key responsibilities will include: - Establishing and nurturing relationships with local suppliers, including hotels, transportation companies, tour guides, and activity providers. - Negotiating contracts, securing competitive rates, and ensuring the availability of resources for the smooth operation of travel services. Your role will also involve maintaining clear and proactive communication with clients throughout their travel experience. You will address inquiries, provide updates, and offer assistance as needed to enhance customer satisfaction. Please note that this is a Full-time or Internship position with a contract length of 3 months. The work schedule will be during the Day shift, and the work location will be in person.,
