Operation Intern

As a Travel and Tour Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing daily operations related to travel services. This includes booking transportation arrangements such as flights, trains, and car rentals, as well as accommodations. Your main objective will be to ensure that all bookings are in line with client preferences and policies. A crucial aspect of your role will involve establishing and nurturing relationships with local suppliers, such as hotels, transportation companies, tour guides, and activity providers. You will be tasked with negotiating contracts, securing competitive rates, and ensuring the availability of necessary resources to provide a seamless travel experience for clients. In addition, maintaining clear and proactive communication with clients throughout their travel journey will be essential. You will need to address any inquiries, provide timely updates, and offer assistance as needed to enhance customer satisfaction and overall experience.
