We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support our daily business operations. The candidate should have strong analytical skills, good communication abilities, and a willingness to learn and grow with the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Management:

Maintain, update, and organize data accurately.

• Order Summary Maintenance:

Prepare and manage daily/weekly order summaries and ensure records are up to date.

• Customer & Partner Communication:

Coordinate with customers and business partners through calls, WhatsApp, and email for updates, queries, and follow-ups.

• Problem Solving:

Identify operational issues and assist in resolving customer or partner concerns effectively.

• Competitor Study:

Research and analyze competitor activities, pricing, and offerings to support strategic decision-making.

• Analysis & Reporting:

Analyze operational data and prepare simple reports to assist management in evaluating performance and trends.

• General Coordination:

Support the operations team in daily tasks and ensure smooth workflow.

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills (written & verbal)
• Basic understanding of Excel/Google Sheets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn
