Job Description:

The Operations Executive will work closely with the GM – Operations to manage accounting coordination, billing control, payment tracking, and compliance follow-ups. The role requires accuracy, responsibility, and the ability to handle multiple operational tasks in coordination with accounts, dispatch, and sales teams

Key Responsibilities:

· Support GM – Operations in daily sales and purchase coordination.

· Ensure billing, invoicing, and documentation are completed on time.

· Assist in verifying rates, payments received, and credit terms before final order approval.

· Coordinate with accounts team for GST, TDS, ESI, PF, and FSSAI-related documentation.

· Track customer payments, outstanding collections, and vendor payments.

· Maintain records for audit and internal reporting.

· Coordinate with dispatch and sales teams for smooth order flow

· Prepare daily and weekly operational reports for management review.

Qualifications / Requirements:

· Graduate in any stream (B.Com / M.Com / MBA preferred).

· Proficiency in Excel, Tally, and Marg/ERP software

· Strong follow-up and documentation skills

· Detail-oriented, disciplined, and reliable personality

· Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and meet deadlines

· Exposure to complete business operations under senior guidance
