As an Operations Executive at Abhith Manpower Services Pvt. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and monitor day-to-day field operations effectively. - Ensure the deployment and attendance of security guards as per client requirements. - Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality and discipline standards are met. - Handle client complaints efficiently and provide timely resolutions. - Maintain daily reports and documentation accurately. - Assist in the recruitment and training of guards to maintain a skilled workforce. - Collaborate with the HR and Accounts teams to ensure operational compliance is maintained.
