Operation Executive (Travel Company)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to manage day-to-day coordination with hotel partners and cab service providers. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, timely bookings, vendor management, and customer satisfaction while maintaining cost efficiency and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with hotels and cab vendors to manage reservations, allocations, and service delivery.
• Ensure timely confirmations and resolve discrepancies or last-minute changes.
• Handle daily operational tasks related to bookings, cancellations, and customer requirements.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and negotiate rates and terms when required.
• Monitor and evaluate vendor performance to maintain service quality standards.
• Support internal teams (Sales, Customer Support, Finance) with operational updates and issue resolution.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports on bookings and vendor activities.
• Handle escalations promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong coordination and communication skills (verbal & written).
• Solid understanding of hotel and cab booking procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM/ERP systems.
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving approach.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, preferably in travel, hospitality, or transport sectors.
• Familiarity with OTA (Online Travel Agency) systems or booking software is a plus.
