Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Travel Consultant with fluency in Kannada, Telugu, and Tamil to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with travel arrangements, providing expert advice on destinations, itineraries, and services, and delivering exceptional customer support in their preferred South Indian language.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget.
• Plan and arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, tours, and transportation.
• Communicate with clients fluently in Kannada, Telugu, and Tamil, ensuring a personalized and culturally sensitive customer experience.
• Provide information on travel documents, visa requirements, health and safety regulations, and travel insurance.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other service providers.
• Handle booking changes, cancellations, and resolve travel-related issues promptly.
• Maintain client records and follow up for feedback and future travel needs.
• Keep up-to-date with travel trends, destination knowledge, and industry regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a travel consultant or similar role (minimum 1–3 years preferred)
• Fluency in Kannada, Telugu, and Tamil (spoken and written); English proficiency is essential
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities
• Good organizational and multitasking skills
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office or travel CRM software
