Operation Executive

Description: This role involves overseeing fleet operations, driver management, and blue-collar hiring. As a key player in our operations team, you will ensure seamless daily operations and deliver an outstanding experience to both our partners and riders. Roles & Responsibilities: ● Oversee daily fleet operations, ensuring optimal vehicle performance and availability. ● Manage the sourcing, recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of drivers. ● Act as the primary point of contact for drivers, resolving concerns and addressing issues promptly. ● Coordinate with operations teams to maintain fleet readiness and maximize efficiency. ● Ensure safety, compliance, and adherence to regulatory standards for both drivers and vehicles. ● Develop and implement effective hiring processes for blue-collar workers and drivers in Hyderabad. Requirements: ● Proven experience in fleet management, with a preference for experience in electric vehicle operations. ● Strong background in blue-collar hiring and driver recruitment. ● Familiarity with logistics and transportation operations in Chennai. ● Exceptional organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
