Job Description: Operations & Sales Executive Role Summary: The Operations & Sales Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day operational activities while supporting sales growth through client coordination, documentation, and process execution. Key Responsibilities: Operations: Handle daily operational tasks and ensure smooth workflow execution Coordinate with internal teams for timely processing of requests and deliveries Maintain records, MIS reports, and operational documentation Ensure compliance with company policies and process guidelines Resolve operational issues and support escalation handling Sales: Assist the sales team in client onboarding and account management Coordinate with customers for documentation, follow-ups, and service support Support achievement of sales targets through effective coordination Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling Skills & Requirements: Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong coordination and follow-up abilities Basic knowledge of sales processes and operational workflows Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and reporting Ability to multitask and work under deadlines Experience & Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (preferred) 1–3 years of experience in operations, sales support, or a similar role
