Job Description

As an Operation Executive at CRYOPDP, your role involves meeting the expectations and needs of customers and clients while focusing on improving performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability through effective methods and strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Arranging day-to-day operational activities. - Coordinating with executives and operations assistants for supply chain management. - Handling import and export coordination and documentations. - Following up with customers, CHA, and agents both domestically and internationally. - Maintaining the packaging area and records. - Coordinating pick up and deliveries in the respective location. - Creating jobs post approval email from the sales team. - Updating pick up details and PODS in CAPs and informing customers via email. - Arranging vehicles as needed. - Managing service records of pest control and updating the HO admin team. - Coordinating deliveries and pickups for domestic shipments. - Liaising with overseas offices and agents for shipment arrangements. - Attending to pick up and delivery emergencies in case of staff shortage during important shipments. Qualifications: - Graduate in any stream with over 2 years of corporate sector experience, freshers are also welcome. - Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu languages. - Advanced Excel skills. - Operational and geographical knowledge. - Familiarity with customs and airlines regulations. - Cold chain management expertise. - Ability to communicate effectively via email. - Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. - Good analytical and communication skills within a computerized working environment.,
