Job Description

Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Operations Executive to handle parcel booking and logistics coordination for our online orders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily shipments, coordinating with courier partners, tracking parcels, resolving delivery issues, and ensuring timely dispatch and delivery of products to customers. Key Responsibilities:Manage daily parcel bookings through courier platforms (e.g., Delhivery, Blue Dart, Shiprocket, etc.). Generate shipping labels and coordinate pickups with logistics partners. Track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and update order status accordingly. Resolve delivery exceptions, delays, and customer shipping issues in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records of all shipments and logistics-related documentation. Liaise with warehouse/packing teams to ensure proper packaging and timely handover of parcels. Monitor courier performance and suggest improvements or alternative partners if needed. Assist with order fulfillment tasks as required during peak periods. Communicate with customer support to ensure smooth handling of returns, exchanges, and order inquiries. Ensure compliance with logistics policies and company procedures.
