Location: Allapra, Perumbavoor
Salary: ₹15,000 per month + Monthly Incentives
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday
Holidays: Regional holiday list applicable (Onam, Navaratri, Pongal, etc.)

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team at the Allapra office. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day operational coordination, client communication, and reporting tasks while maintaining smooth communication with the Head Office (HO).

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to leads provided by the Head Office.
Categorize leads into HOT, WARM, and COLD and report updates to HO.
Handle incoming calls and WhatsApp messages, ensuring all updates are shared with the HO daily.
Maintain daily and weekly reports using Excel and submit them within 24 hours.
Follow up on warm and cold leads regularly.
Support the HO with any additional operational tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Malayalam and English (knowledge of other South Indian languages is an added advantage).
Basic MS Excel skills (desirable).
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
