We are Hiring for Operation Executive for our Manufacturing Company.

The Company:

We are a frozen foods manufacturing company based in Chembur, Mumbai. We manufacture a range of frozen pizzas, croissants, cakes, cookies, breads, muffins, and other savory products for selling to large B 2 B institutional clients.

Job Description:

We are looking for a young, dynamic, enthusiastic Operation Executive who is responsible for managing the entire food and beverage operation. This includes overseeing daily operations, managing staff, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring that all food and beverage standards are met or exceeded.

Job Location: Kopar khairane Only prefer candidate who stay in Navi Mumbai

Experience: 1-3 Years (Food Industry Prefer)

Salary - 15k - 20k (Freshers are Welcome)

Role: Operation Executive

Duties and Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate food and beverage operations to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to meet demand.
• Collaborate with Production Manager and kitchen staff to plan and execute Targets.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and effectively.
• Analyze financial data to identify areas for cost reduction and operational improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Operation Executive or similar role in the Food industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations and service standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
