Job Description

1. Administrative and Office Support: Manage daily administrative tasks including data entry, filing, copying and organizing important documents and office records . Maintain and update company databases and tracking systems like inventory and daily office expenses to ensure accuracy. Coordinate internal communications and distribute information to relevant staff and departments. Manage office supplies and inventory; monitor stock levels, process purchase orders, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.      2. Financial: Assist with basic financial tasks such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and reconciling departmental budgets under supervision. Coordinate and maintain professional relationships with vendors and service providers, assisting with contract documentation and scheduling.     3. People Management (as needed):Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees, including preparing necessary paperwork. Field and promptly address basic operational questions and requests from staff and internal stakeholders.
