Your Mission Your primary target is the algorithm. Your mission is to rip it apart and build a following that feels, not just consumes. You will own our Instagram presence from the ground up. Ideate & Strategize: Channel our DNA into a content strategy that’s brutal, brilliant, and unapologetically alive. Create & Execute: Design visuals, craft captions that cut deep, and edit reels that stop the scroll. You are the human spark—no AI slop will pass through your command. Post & Dominate: You will deploy the content, engage, and analyze the market to refine our tactics. This is your feed to command and conquer. Profile of the Rebel We don’t care about your degree. We care about your fire. You're a hustler, a grinder, a fast learner. You don’t need your hand held; you need a target. You have an artist's eye and brutal taste. You know what connects and what's just noise. You despise mediocrity. You are a rebel with a cause, ready to join an insurgency against the soulless digital landscape. You're a storyteller who can capture raw human intensity in a single post. You're fluent in the language of Instagram and armed with the tools to create (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite—whatever gets the job done). The Spoils of War Stipend: ₹5,000 - ₹15,000 per month, based on the fire and skill you bring to the fight. Tour of Duty: This is a 3-month contract. No fluff, just pure, high-impact work. Join the Core Rebellion: If you prove you're a warrior, a full-time position awaits, with a salary of up to ₹30,000 per month. Real Experience: This isn't a coffee-run internship.
