Role:

Location: Remote-India

Duration:


Timing: Afternoon shift - 12 PM IST to 8 PM IST, Monday to Friday


Overview

Hotel & Hospitality Client

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, upgrade, and support Opera PMS and related interfaces.
  • Diagnose and resolve system issues (incidents, monitoring alerts, service tickets).
  • Coordinate planned changes/outages with internal teams and vendors.
  • Support migration, data center builds, DR testing, and new integrations.
  • Automate tasks using PowerShell / Ansible / scripting tools.
  • Provide on-call or after-hours support when needed.
  • Document processes and mentor team members.


Required Skills

  • Oracle Opera PMS installation & troubleshooting experience.
  • 5+ yrs Windows Administration.
  • 1–2 yrs experience in:
  • Networking (DNS, certificates, load balancers)
  • VMware / virtualization
  • Scripting/automation (PowerShell, Ansible, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Oracle DB preferred (RAC/SCAN).
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT / IS / related field OR hospitality degree with technical PMS background.
  • Must be able to work 40 hrs/week with occasional overtime/off-hours support.
  • Experience with monitoring tools (Splunk/Nagios) a plus.
  • Strong communication & ability to work with multicultural/global teams.
  • Hospitality system/Opera interface experience preferred.
