Role Description

We are looking for an experienced OpenText Core Archive and OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) Consultant to support our enterprise content management and SAP-integrated solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing, supporting, or enhancing OpenText Core Archive, OpenText VIM, and related SAP modules.

This role is suitable for both full-time and part-time professionals.

What you'll Work On

• Implement, configure, and support

  OpenText Core Archive

  and

  OpenText VIM

  solutions.
• Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams to ensure end-to-end

  integration and stable workflows

  .
• Troubleshoot issues related to

  document processing, workflows, and VIM exceptions

  .
• Support and execute

  content migration

  from legacy systems (xSuite, on-prem ECM, or similar) into Core Archive.
• Analyse business requirements and create

  functional specifications

  and design documentation.
• Manage invoice processing, document workflows, approval cycles, and exception handling within VIM.
• Provide

  user training

  , process documentation, and post-deployment support.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimise performance and system usability.

What We're looking for

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering

  , Business Systems, or related field.
• Master’s degree (M.Tech/MCA/MBA-IT) preferred.
• Relevant certifications in

  OpenText

  ,

  SAP

  , ECM, or workflow management are an added advantage.

Experience

• Minimum

  3–7+ years of experience

  working with OpenText VIM, ICC, Core Archive, or SAP-integrated ECM solutions.
• Proven experience in SAP modules like

  SAP FI/AP

  , Workflow, or Basis is a strong plus.

Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience with:

-OpenText Core Archive

-OpenText VIM (Vendor Invoice Management)

-SAP integration and workflow concepts

-Document archiving, OCR, and approval workflows

• Knowledge of migration tools, content server setups, and archive strategies.
• Understanding of SAP processes including

  Accounts Payable, procurement workflows, and document management

  .

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong documentation, training, and client-facing capabilities.
