Experience

At least 3+ years of experience in Deployment and Support cloud ServicesMandatory Skills/KnowledgeProvisioning and configuration of resources, Monitoring and Alerting, Basic Level Trouble Shooting, Reporting on Cloud Metrics including capacity.Documentation and knowledge managementPrior experience in maintaining Infrastructure services in Openstack, NetApp Storage and Software Defined NetworkShould have Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix and NetworkWork with customers to understand their issues in Infrastructure servicesEnsure solutions are secure, compliant, and meet regulatory requirements.Create implementation guidelines and reusable design templates wherever possible.Provide second-level support and provide solution of issues reported by customer as well as monitoringMaintain security standards in cloud per Security guideline and benchmarksGuide first-level support team to resolve issues and create SOP's for recurring issues

Preferred Skills/Knowledge

Strong knowledge of Openstack services and NetApp StorageExperience with Linux/Unix and NetworkingKnowledge of cloud security best practices and regulatory compliance.Desired Certifications( good to have)Certifications in Openstack, Linux/Unix, Network technologies.Soft SkillsExcellent communication and collaboration skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
