Qualifications Needed:

Graduates preferred or bachelor's degree in any finance related field.
Fresher also
Excellent communication skills. Should be able to speak fluent English, Hindi
Must be able to clearly communicate the message to customers and handle the call professionally.
Should be open to take calls.
Basic understanding of mutual funds, stock market.
Exposure to tools like Freshdesk, Freshsales, MS Office is a plus.
