Job Description

Recruiter Bulk Hiring

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring across voice, non-voice, and blended BPO processes.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, walk-ins, employee referrals, and campus drives.
Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews in coordination with operations and HR teams.
Maintain daily/weekly trackers for open positions, candidates in pipeline, and joiners.
Ensure a smooth and timely onboarding experience for selected candidates.
Meet or exceed hiring targets and timelines as per business requirements.
Maintain recruitment MIS and ensure compliance with internal and client guidelines.
Provide regular hiring updates to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in any discipline (Human Resources preferred).
1–3 years of experience in BPO bulk hiring or volume recruitment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on experience with job portals (e.g., Naukri, Shine, Indeed), social media, and local sourcing.
Ability to handle pressure and deliver within tight timelines.
Basic knowledge of HR processes and candidate documentation.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in voice process or international BPO hiring.
Ability to handle hiring drives independently.
Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tracking tools.
