Job Description

Position: Tender Executive (Government Sector / Service Industry, B2B)

Experience Required
: 3-6 years in B2B/service-sector tendering
Location
: Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Typical Responsibilities

Searching for relevant tenders (GeM & etender portals) and evaluating eligibility.
Preparing techno-commercial bids: quotations, specifications, BoQs.
Managing the end-to-end tender lifecycle: drafting, submission (online & physical), maintaining timelines.
Coordinating with internal stakeholders (sales, operations, finance) to gather inputs.
Negotiating terms, reviewing contract documentation, and ensuring compliance.
Following up post-submission: bid clarifications, EMD/PBG processes, refunds.
Tracking tender progress and generating weekly status reports
Liaising with government agencies for vendor registration, renewals, and approvals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (Engineering/Business/Relevant field)
36 years of experience in tender/bid management within B2B or service sectors
Proficiency with tender portals (GeM, CPPP, etc.), ebidding tools
Strong written and verbal communication
MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to interpret technical documents, competitive pricing, and strategic bidding
Good organizational, multitasking, and deadline-driven mindset in.trabajo.org
