Position: Tender Executive (Government Sector / Service Industry, B2B) Experience Required : 3-6 years in B2B/service-sector tendering Location : Noida, Uttar Pradesh Typical Responsibilities Searching for relevant tenders (GeM & etender portals) and evaluating eligibility. Preparing techno-commercial bids: quotations, specifications, BoQs. Managing the end-to-end tender lifecycle: drafting, submission (online & physical), maintaining timelines. Coordinating with internal stakeholders (sales, operations, finance) to gather inputs. Negotiating terms, reviewing contract documentation, and ensuring compliance. Following up post-submission: bid clarifications, EMD/PBG processes, refunds. Tracking tender progress and generating weekly status reports Liaising with government agencies for vendor registration, renewals, and approvals.
