Job Description

Dear Candidate,

Currently we are hiring for the below role.

Sales Coordinator

Sales Support
: Assist the sales team by providing information about electrical protection/Electrical Automation proposal to customers.
Quotations and Proposals
: Prepare basic quotes and proposals for electrical protection/Electrical Automation systems, with the help of the sales team.
Product Knowledge
: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of electrical protection products (e.g., circuit breakers, relays, etc) and electrical substation industry standards to advise customers effectively.
Tracking
: Keep track of customer enquiries, timelines and communicate any updates to the sales team on weekly basis.
Problem Solving
: Help solve any customer issues related to their orders, with support from the engineering/Technical team.
Documentation
: Ensure customer requests and project details are correctly recorded in the system.

Qualifications:

Educational Background
: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Systems, or a related field (preferred).
Experience
: Previous 1-5 years experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a technical support role, preferably in electrical /Automation system or related fields.
