Currently we are hiring for our company based in Chennai for the below mentioned position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Conduct market and process analysis to support informed business decisions.
• Work closely with IT, product, and operations teams to implement solutions.
• Prepare business process flows, use cases, and user stories.
• Assist in project delivery and track progress against key milestones.
• Monthly report & dashboard presentation to the management

Software Skills:

O2C

• Own and manage the O2C application from a business user perspective.
• Conduct thorough UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate workflows across order entry, invoicing, collections, etc
• Identify bugs or process gaps and work with the development team for resolution.
• Train and support internal users on how to use the application effectively.
• Monitor end-to-end order flow: from sales order creation to invoicing and payment follow-up.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance in system entries
• Track system usage and suggest improvements to streamline O2C flow.

CAFM

• Coordination for site survey, work order creation for the same and assign to technician/supervisor.
• Creation of contracts, locations of contracts, assets of contracts in CAFM
• Monitoring the renewals of contracts through CAFM.
• Creation of users in CAFM.
• Assigning the contracts to concerned supervisors to carryout the PPM activity.
• Monthly PPM scheduling and pushing the work orders to technician tab.
• Assignment of reactive maintenance requests and make sure to attend the site in a given SLA time frame.
• Coordinate for quotation in case of anomalies and update the status in CAFM if customer doesn't have portal access.
• To ensure material requests are processed as per the scope of contract.
• Pushing the customer feedback form to customer and coordinate with customer if they are not responding.
• Preparing various reports.

Zoho

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications.
• Design, customize, and implement solutions using Zoho suite (Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects, Zoho Creator, Zoho Analytics, etc.).
• Optimize and automate workflows using Zoho tools, Deluge scripting, and integrations with third-party platforms (via APIs, Zapier, etc.).
• Prepare documentation such as business process maps, user stories, and solution blueprints.
• Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to users.
• Monitor performance of Zoho systems and recommend enhancements or upgrades.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a similar industry.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, Power BI, JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent.
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments is an advantage.
