Prepare timely and competitive pricing proposals for RFQs, tenders, spot quotes, and key account requests.
Coordinate with ocean carriers, airlines, transporters, and agents to obtain buy rates.
Analyze customer requirements and recommend optimal logistics solutions (FCL/LCL/Airfreight).
Maintain and update internal pricing databases, rate sheets, and vendor tariffs.
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure all quotations align with operational capabilities and profit margins.
Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and industry changes to support pricing strategies.
Handle pricing requests from overseas agents and global networks.
Support in tender preparation including documentation, cost modeling, and presentations.
Ensure accurate and complete entry of pricing information in CRM and ERP systems.
Participate in pricing meetings and contribute to process improvements.
