Role & responsibilities: Desired Candidate Profile Source potential candidates through various online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks). Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews. Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System. Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates. Must have experience in Product based hiring . Experience and Education 6 years to 8 years experience in IT recruitment (Permanent Staffing) is must. Must understand Recruitment life Cycle in . Outline the day-to-day responsibilities for this role. Team Handling And Client Handling Preferred candidate profile: Specify required role expertise, previous job experience, or relevant certifications.
