Job Profile : Role & responsibilities: Desired Candidate Profile Source potential candidates through various online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks). Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews. Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System. Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates. Must have experience in service based hiring. Experience and Education 5 years to 10 years experience in IT recruitment is must. Must understand Recruitment life Cycle in . Outline the day-to-day responsibilities for this role. Team Handling (At least 9-12 members) And Client Handling.
