Job Description Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, intakes, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and on boarding. Optimize workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Be the primary point of contact for the customer, ensuring alignment between recruitment solutions and business needs. Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention. Be the beacon of leadership, direction and counsel on hiring activities to hiring managers, recruitment team and other stakeholders. Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Ensure best practices and compliance with industry standards and client-specific requirements. Lead a team of recruiters and sourcers to deliver expected number of Offers/Joiners month on month; Be the escalation point for stakeholders and ensure smooth delivery and execution of TA strategy Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, intakes, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding. Optimize workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and recruitment coordinators, ensuring high performance and professional development. Monitor and analyze key recruitment metrics to track program success. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders Work collaboratively with talent acquisition team/recruiters to deliver on the roadmap/priorities Monitor and review the KPI dashboard to ensure adherence to milestones & metrics. Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and determine priorities based on what's most important to your customers Requirements 9-12 years of experience in running TA programs. Excellent written and oral communication skills along with an ability to interact and develop networks in a professional manner across the business. Experience in working with Onsite Hiring managers, engaging them from start to finish to smoothly and successfully run recruiting process Excellent IT subject understanding - Market, Ecosystem, Pricing, Availability; Ability to create MI reports to influence hiring decisions Experience in running TA programs with a throughput in excess of 30 lateral offers per month Data-driven professional with a sense of pride in experimental creativity and analytics; Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, influencing & decision facilitation skills. Strong time management and prioritization capabilities, with the ability to multi-task and self-manage Ability to evangelize the TA story effectively to your team and senior-level stakeholders, influencing across boundaries to get to the right solutions saved.
