Job Description

Opening for HR Recruiter

Location: Chennai (Velachery)

Exp : 1-3 Yrs

Key Responsibilities

Work with hiring managers to define job requirements, job descriptions, and hiring needs.
Source candidates through various channels: job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes, conduct phone or video pre-screening interviews, and assess candidate fit and qualifications.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Conduct in-person or virtual interviews, as required.
Help with employer branding by crafting job postings and promoting the company as an attractive place to work.
Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or other HR systems.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Ability to work with Latest Skills like AI,ML,Gen AI,Cloud,Devops,IMS etc..,
1-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
Strong sourcing skills (job boards, LinkedIn, social media).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple open roles.
Analytical mindset to track and report recruitment metrics.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
