Key Responsibilities

  • Handle Inbound Queries:

    Serve as the first point of contact for incoming business inquiries via chat, email, and semi-voice calls.
  • Consultative Sales:

    Engage with B2B clients to understand their specific hardware needs and IT infrastructure requirements.
  • Product Expertise:

    Leverage your strong knowledge of laptops, desktops, and other hardware to provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
  • Customer Relationship Management:

    Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and high customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve Sales Targets:

    Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
  • Maintain Records:

    Accurately document all customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
  • Upsell and Cross-sell:

    Identify opportunities to promote additional products or services to existing clients.
  • Stay Informed:

    Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new product releases, and competitor activity to remain a trusted advisor to clients.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Educational Background:

    Undergraduate or graduate degree in any discipline.
  • Sales Skills:

    Proven experience in a sales role, with strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Hardware Knowledge:

    In-depth technical knowledge of laptops, desktops, and computer peripherals. Ability to explain technical features and specifications to clients clearly and concisely.
  • Communication Skills:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.

    Ability to manage multiple communication channels (chat, email, semi-voice) simultaneously without compromising on quality or efficiency.
