We are having Opening for Asst. Manager - Accounts & Finance for Kalina, Santacruz, Mumbai Location

Desired Profile:

Position: Asst. Manager - Accounts & Finance

Location: Kalina, Santacruz

1. Bank Interest Working.
2. Forex Booking and Management.
3. Bank Guarantees Issuance and Entries and maintaining MIS of the same.
4. PO Submission against disbursement
5. Co-ordination with Banks for daily operations, replying queries etc.
6. Export Realization and intimating Exchange rate, disposal instructions to bank.
7. Booking Forward Contracts - documents, bank forms and underlying sales order.
8. Packing Credit - Preparing Application and follow up with bank for disbursement.
9. E-FIRC Co-ordinating with bank for getting e-FIRC for export inwards.
10. E-BRC Bill Lodgment and bank visit for solving queries of bank if any.
11. Outward Remittances and documentation form 15CA, CB, Form A2, follow up for SWIFT message copy of the remittances.
12. Import Payment documentation - form A1 and bank formalities.
13. Outstanding Packing Credit and export bills report checking received from bank.
14. Export Logistics Bills processing payment. (Freight, C&F Charges of CHA)
15. Export Post Shipment LC documentation – Bank Set as per LC – Covering letter, Bill of Exchange, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, GSP Form A, GSP Form AI (ASEAN Countries), Insurance, Fumigation Certificate, and Beneficiary Certificate.
16. Processing Export sales agency commission. • EDPMS - Working on EDPMS outstanding data and follow up with bank.
17. LC opening, LC prepayment, Documentation, coordination & Follow-ups with banks,
18. LC Interest Sheet calculation & Updation of ROI in sheet.
19. Bank Guarantee issuance & follow-ups / coordination with Banks and internal teams for documents and details and ensuring BG’s are issued by Banks within the due dates.
