We are having Opening for Manager - Commercial (DGFT) for Kalina, Santacruz, Mumbai Location Desired Profile: Position: Manager - Commercial (DGFT) Location: Kalina, Santacruz, Mumbai Educational Qualification: Any Graduate Job Description: 1. Advance License complete and thorough knowledge. 2. SION Norms and HSN detailed knowledge is required. 3. License wise monitoring Import and export transaction and update the status on the weekly basis to the Management 4. The documents to be prepared for amendment / Extension of advance authorization if required. 5. The documents to be prepared and submit to the DGFT for closure the Advance Authorization 6. Export under Payment IGST - Update in GSTR 1 and GSTR1A for amendment 7. To get the contract from Reliance Industries Limited under advance authorization for PP, Lamination PP, LDPE, and LLDPE under deemed. 8. Advance license registration with Port 9. Renewal of RCMC and Amendment / Updating of Export and Import code (IEC) 10. Check list for Export and Import and approval for shipping bill and Bill of entry 11. Maintain records of shipping bill, BOE and export and import documents under Advance license 12. Working Knowledge of DGFT and ICEGATE functions through online 13. Working Knowledge of closer of EDPMS and IDPMS through online 14. Maintaining records of advance license and track record of license and obtaining EODC. 15. Generate and Downloading E-BRCs from the DGFT Portal 16. Checking EGM No and date from the ICEGATE for IGST refund 17.
