Looking to hire Export Assistant with minimum 2-4 Years Experience in Export Documentation to co-ordinate all related activities pertaining to our export shipment. JOB PROFILE To Manage complete Pre & Post Export Shipment Documentation like Draft (Bill of Exchange), Performa /Commercial Invoice, B/L , Phytosanitary Certificate , Fumigation Certificate , Insurance certificate , Certificate of Origin , Packing List Shipping Bills etc. as per export orders. To Coordinate with Shipping lines, freight forwarders, CHA, Inspection agencies, ECGC and logistics partners. To Monitor shipment status and update relevant stakeholders from time to time. To Maintain records of advances and post shipment payments received against shipments and to keep a track of flows of funds in EEFC account & Forward Contracts Booked To Submit shipping documents to banks post shipment and coordinating with them for closure of EDPMS outstanding (IRMs / Shipping Bills) and applying Online E-BRC on Ice Gate portal . Filing of Monthly / quarterly Returns as required with SPICES BOARD, FSSAI, APEDA and any other agencies as requried. To Maintain accurate & updated MIS for all transactions and to keep appropriate document records for the same . To Generate reports for internal and statutory use as and when requried. Over and above mentioned activities, the candidate will have to take care of any other documentation & paper work, which may be required from time to time for smooth running of the day-to-day business.
