Job Title :- Online UPS Sales Executive/Sales Engineer

Department :- Sales & Technical Services

Location :- Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Job Summary :-

The Online UPS Sales person is responsible for generating leads, promoting UPS products and power backup solutions (Online UPS, Inverters, Batteries, and Stabilizers), building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through B2B and B2C channels.

Key Responsibilities :-

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for ‘Online UPS systems’ and related power solutions.
  • Visit potential clients (corporate, hospitals, IT firms, industries, etc.) to understand their power backup needs.
  • Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders.
  • Negotiate terms of sales and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Maintain good relationships with existing customers and ensure timely after-sales service coordination.
  • Work closely with the service team to ensure proper installation, commissioning, and AMC renewals.
  • Keep updated with market trends, competitor activities, and product developments.
  • Manage CRM data and prepare regular sales reports for management review.

Required Qualifications And Skills :-

  • Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics/Power Engineering, Management or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in UPS/Power Electronics/Industrial Sales (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Online and Offline UPS systems, batteries, and inverters.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.

Additional Requirements :-

  • Experience working with brands like APC, Emerson, Microtek, Vertiv, Delta, or Numeric.
  • Familiarity with AMC, Tender bidding, and corporate clients.
  • Understanding of electrical load calculation and basic technical troubleshooting.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :-

  • Sales revenue and target achievement
  • Number of new clients acquired
  • Customer satisfaction and retention rate
  • Proposal-to-conversion ratio

Salary Range :-

  • Based on experience and performance.
  • Incentives/Travel Allowance/Mobile Reimbursement
