Key Responsibilities Marketplace Management: Oversee and optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions on Amazon, Flipkart, and other D2C platforms to drive sales and enhance brand visibility. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to each platform, including seasonal campaigns, flash sales, and targeted promotions. Inventory & Order Management: Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure optimal inventory levels, timely order fulfilment, and efficient returns processing . Advertising & Promotions: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and other platforms to maximize ROI. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement. Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations and a positive customer experience. Platform Compliance & Updates: Stay updated with platform policies, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure compliance and leverage new features effectively .
