Job Description

Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Online Sales Manager to lead and manage our complete online business end-to-end. The role will be responsible for driving revenue, overseeing operations, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring high-performing team execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage website operations, including product listings, promotions, and overall platform hygiene.
  • Lead customer support, dispatch, and packing teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Ensure accurate order packing and timely shipment of all online orders.
  • Review CRM interactions daily and drive improvements in conversions, repeat purchases, and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with retail stores for stock allocation, click-and-collect, and inter-store transfers.
  • Track and analyse sales metrics, returns, NPS, and operational SLAs to ensure continuous improvement.
