We're now looking for a results-driven Online Sales Manager to lead our digital sales initiatives and help us expand our online footprint.

Job Summary:

The Online Sales Manager will be responsible for growing online revenue through strategic digital sales initiatives. You will manage online travel products and booking platforms, drive targeted campaigns, and analyze customer behavior to optimize performance. The ideal candidate has a passion for digital sales, and a knack for converting clicks into bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement online sales strategies for travel packages, flights, hotels, and tours.
  • Manage travel booking engines, OTA platforms, and the company website to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Monitor sales performance and key metrics (e.g., conversion rates, average booking value, and bounce rates).
  • Optimize product listings, promotions, and upselling/cross-selling strategies to boost revenue.
  • Stay updated with travel trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings.
  • Lead and mentor the online sales team (if applicable), ensuring targets are consistently met or exceeded.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 Months of experience in online sales.
  • Solid understanding of digital sales funnels and e-commerce for travel products.
  • Proficiency in tools like Word.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with B2C platforms .
  • Familiarity with international travel regulations, trends, and customer buying behavior.
  • Knowledge of dynamic pricing, promotional strategies, and bundling of travel services.
