Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell international tour packages to individual and group clients. Understand client requirements and suggest suitable travel packages accordingly. Convert leads into sales through effective communication and relationship-building. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal operations teams for smooth delivery of services. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international travel regulations, visa processes, destinations, and itineraries. Handle post-sales customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction. Prepare quotations, itineraries, and necessary documentation for clients. Track and report sales performance to the management team. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma (preferred in Business, Tourism, Hotel Management or a related field). Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (selling international travel packages is a strong advantage). Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (knowledge of other regional languages preferred). Ability to draft professional emails and communicate effectively with clients. Exceptional interpersonal skills, multi-tasking ability, and rapport-building skills. Ability to manage CRM tools and MS Office. Personality Traits: Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Highly self-driven, enthusiastic, and energetic. Goal-oriented with a strong commitment to team objectives. Job Responsibilities: Preparing customized itineraries for international and domestic tours. Managing hotel and flight bookings. Providing on-travel support and resolving any issues that arise. Handling pre- and post-sales activities to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
