JOB DESCRIPTION   Position Name: Sales Manager Vacancy: 1 Gender: Female/Male Salary: 20000 to 25000 Experience: Min 1 year (Textile Industry) Qualification: Graduate Job Time: 09:30 to 07:30 Job Location: Role and Responsibilities: · Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. · Plan, execute, and monitor paid search marketing campaigns across online platforms and company websites. · Manage and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. · Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and organizational objectives. · Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in all internal and external interactions. · Ensure a high standard of customer service and client engagement. · Oversee organizational sales operations by developing and executing comprehensive business plans covering sales, revenue, and expense controls. · Set clear and achievable sales targets for individual team members. · Collaborate closely with the marketing team to drive effective lead generation and conversion strategies. · Support team development through motivation, coaching, and ongoing product knowledge training. · Promote the organization’s brand, products, and services to strengthen market presence. · Manage and maintain product catalogues across all sales channels. · Create and optimize product descriptions through effective keyword research for online marketplaces. · Ensure all products are accurately listed and optimized to the highest standards across websites and marketplaces. · Generate and manage customer reviews, while monitoring ratings to maintain and enhance marketplace reputation.             Skills Required: · Good communication · Fluency in English. · Should have knowledge in Online Marketing · Quick to learn concepts
