Job Description

Role Overview: As an Online Sales Manager based in Ahmedabad, you will play a crucial role in driving the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the e-commerce platform. Your primary responsibilities will involve defining and executing the e-commerce product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience, optimize conversion rates, and drive revenue growth. If you are passionate about digital commerce, customer insights, and data-driven decision-making, we would love to have you on board. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute the e-commerce product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals. - Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities. - Prioritize features and improvements based on customer needs, business impact, and market trends. - Work closely with UX/UI designers and developers to create an intuitive and frictionless shopping experience. - Analyze customer journeys and optimize checkout flows, navigation, and personalization to improve conversion rates. - Own and manage the end-to-end e-commerce platform (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or custom solutions). - Collaborate with engineers to implement new features, improve performance, and resolve technical issues. - Work with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align product initiatives with business objectives. - Monitor and analyze key e-commerce metrics (conversion rates, bounce rates, AOV, CLV, etc.). - Leverage Google Analytics, heatmaps, and BI tools to understand user behavior and optimize performance. Qualifications & Skills: - Experience: 3-7 years in e-commerce product management or a related role. - Technical Skills: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce), CMS, APIs, and front-end development. - Data-Driven Mindset: Proficiency in Google Analytics, A/B testing, and customer insights tools. - UX/UI Knowledge: Understanding of customer behavior, conversion optimization, and user journey mapping. - Project Management: Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies. - Strong Communication: Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, development, and sales teams. - Problem-Solving: Analytical thinker with a results-oriented approach.,
